  My partner and I went in to buy a new sectional and had a lot of requirements, from size to fabric to firmness to pet resistance. John M. was incredibly patient and thorough and made sure he answered all of our questions, showed us our options, and helped us make the best decision for our home. He was friendly and professional. Thanks John for a great experience!

  I received the best customer care from RJ. My whole experience was great.I explained what I needed and with in a matter of minutes I had the right recliner for me. I received it 2 days ago and I absolutely love it. Communication was fantastic. I got regular updates and it arrived exactly when they said it would. I have zero complaints.

  HOW IN THE WORLD CAN THIS BE ACCEPTABLE TO LAZY-BOY IN MCDONOUGH, GA??????? My sister & I drove over 5 hours from MS & took our mother to this store to make a big purchase, as our father is 84 & just couldn’t. He trusted us and we trusted RJ & Andrew. They both made us feel secure in her purchase before we left. Not only was the two couches not delivered any where near 4-6 weeks from all of the excuses given , but they were TWO DIFFERENT COLORS & NEITHER COLOR WAS THE COLOR SHE FELL IN LOVE WITH ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR!! This order was placed Labor Day weekend, and both mismatched couches are still in their living room today. I made multiple phone calls with the first being to remove this furniture immediately and correct their wrongdoing. They knew Dad was not with us and would accept whatever would be delivered. We were assured that what she wanted would be delivered. It WAS NOT what our mother paid over $3000 for on their fixed income!!! After multiple run around phone calls about color codes and such , I was told their purchase was now being handled by Customer Care and not the two men we entrusted to do their job. Customer Care told them they found the mistakes and blah blah blah. However , because our 79 year old mother signed the INCORRECT paperwork in the store that they would NOT BE ABLE TO HELP THEM. What???!!!???? Neither RJ or Andrew told us that is was her responsibility to check color codes and whatever else to make sure this purchase was correct that day or we WOULD HAVE !! Shouldn’t that be their job???? Our mother simply picked out the couches she fell in love with , wrote the check in full , signed what THEY ASKED HER TO SIGN & we thought, because they gave us their word, all was good!!!! Nope , and now the solution from customer CARE is that if Dad will pay Lazy-Boy 30 percent of one of the INCORRECT couches to match the other INCORRECT couch that Dad said he’d take to help work around THEIR MISTAKE, that they’ll do that for them!! WOW!!! Really??!! Our Dad trusted us and we trusted them and now Dad is NOT going pay this 30 percent and so the end of this horrible experience is that our parents have two mismatched couches in their living room and neither is what our mother paid for in full the day she fell in love with & what she was told would be delivered to their home in 4-6 weeks. How can anyone or any company find this to be acceptable business practices. Lazy-Boy in McDonough, GA may have taken our parents money with such disrespect for what was out of their control , but because I gave our father my word based on two representatives from this store , I will go beyond this review to the BBB as well as seeking advice on any further actions I may can take as I intend to keep my word that they will be taken care of. Never , ever thought this could happen to our elderly parents , but it certainly did!!!

  DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. WE GOT OUR PARENTS A COUCH SET BACK ON LABOR DAY, THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE THEM TILL NOVEMBER & THE SALESMAN MIXED UP COLOR CODE, SO THEY DIDN'TRECEIVEWHAT THEY PICKED OUT. WAS TOLD THEY WOULD REPLACE SET BUT HAVE NOT & NOW SAYING THEY ARE NOT GOING TO. MY PARENTS PAID UPFRONT, SO NOW THEY HAVE 2 DIFFERENT COLORS THAT THEY DON'T LIKE & THIS STORE JUST SAID SORRY YOU ARE STUCK WITH WITH THEM. I GOT PICTURES OF WHAT PICKED OUT & I WILL TAKE IT TO THE TOP.
