  Has a great experience. Todd came out and vacuumed the bottom of me pool. Was willing to educate me on how to do so myself.

  A TLC Pools truck cut me off in traffic and drove recklessly. His license plate was AGG1ES. Not a good look for a company vehicle. Hoping they address this with their drivers. See the picture attached. Update: thank you for the reply I will update this rating from 1 star to 2. I understand and appreciate that you are looking into this.

  Look elsewhere for your pool services. Pam is comically rude and not helpful. I was told months ago I was on a “waitlist” for my hot tub to be serviced then when going to the store I was told there isn’t a waitlist, basically just lied to. I have been extremely patient with these people and have tried my hardest to be understanding, but after I called most recently to ask if somebody was going to be able to finally come to my house to help get our hot tub in order (after being told months ago somebody would come out) I was met with a big “Nope” with no other real explanation. I am done with this company. Sick and tired of being strung along.

  After dealing with another pool company for 2 weeks, I emailed TLC on a Friday night, Bill called me Saturday. Henry came out on Monday and was very helpful and friendly. Suggested what needed to be done and came back out the next day with the equipment to do it. Straightforward, honest and VERY helpful. Bottom line is my pool works now and it didn't cost me a fortune. Should have called them first!

  I'll be a TLC Pools customer for life. I started out with AquaRama because they built my pool and did a beautiful job. after it got so expensive with them I started testing and treating the water myself but when it got bad 2 years ago I went back to AquaRama. In 2 weeks I spent close to $600.00 and my water was still a mess. They kept telling me to put in more shock. Finally I went to TLC, spent $26.00, did what Mary told me to do and in a couple of days my water was sparkling. I've stayed with them since. My pool stays good and I'm saving money over doing it myself because it doesn't get out of balance. I trust them completely because they don't sell me chemicals I don't need. Mary can be a little brusque at times, I wouldn't want her for my doctor but I love her for my pool person.
