  Just the absolute WORST customer service EVER ! Every time I come the black lady with white glasses at the drive through always has attitude and never no good customer service !! She threw my change in the metal box and open it to give to me !!!

  Recibí todas las instrucciones de manera clara y precisa para tramitar un nuevo servicio. El personal fue paciente y atento a mis inquietudes. El proceso fue bastante rápido. Aunque he leído cimemtarios negativos sobre las tarifas, despues de 6 meses de uso, el costo del servicio parece razonable.

  I have been on the phone for over an hour and a half trying to get through to someone to get me some information. I have been transferred twice and hung up on horrible customer service.

  Rude customer service rep who obviously hates her job. I had to connect service mid February at my new residence. I had to go to a window inside of glass doors across from the main customer service window where you sign in. The same area that appears to have maybe a teller window and the rep I had to deal with had a disgusting attitude!

  I am 77 years old and disabled. Visually impaired. Blind!! My bill was due on the 17th of February. I paid in advance at Marietta Power. I did so because my SSI check would be deposited on the 18th. I was on auto pay and the platform does not align with in- person payment vs auto pay. I was sent an Insufficient Funds message even though I paid in advance. I was told that I was supposed to call and let them know to stop auto pay for the month. WHAT? I now am being penalized and for 12 months, I must pay in person. I am legally blind and obviously can not drive I even sent them the receipt that I paid early See attachment. Am I being unfair or am I being treated unfairly. I will be contacting a Disability Act attorney. It’s the principle of the matter. Caveat. My neighbor wrote this for me and it’s an old photo of me. Thanks all
