She was working with a client when I came though the door. She gave me a warm welcome to acknowledge me. That was really nice. She is an excellent multitasker. She begin to answer my questions, as she was helping the customer before me. By the way he said he would be leaving a review as he was leaving. That set a high bar. I will just say her personality was infectuous. She kept me laughing through the whole process. Which was nice really nice. She had a nice clean unit available. Form there she was able to get me out promptly. I just can't say enough. Maybe there is still good service out there. It's just hard to find. Thanks michele. Great job. Their blessed to have you.

Michelle at the facility could not have been more accommodating. We had a small wrinkle fitting into the original spot and Michelle worked with several of existing clients to determine a workable solution. Michelle also communicated very well prior to my move-in to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. Michelle’s knowledge and exceptional customer service was very much appreciated.
