They claimed I used 16,000 gallons of water in a month. I asked them to send someone over to check because I never found any leaks and they said there were no issues. I live alone. I'd have to flush the toilet over 300 times a day to use that much water or take 3+ hour showers daily. They straight up lie.

You guys have an absolutely horrible & heartless employee!!!
My wife of 2 kids went to pay her power bill before they closed at 6pm. Their customer service, a few minutes prior, stated over the phone that her services would be restored as long as she showed up before closing time.
This nasty, disgusting person working the drive through rushed my wife stating she has to go pick up her kids & even though my wife paid she refused to reconnect our service.
This is our livelihood a non-negotiable!!! She will face serious consequences you don’t play with a family’s livelihood.
The 10 minutes that it would have taken to restore our service after paying the amount owed through the drive-thru is all we needed.
She didn’t care & refused to service my wife during business hours, due to her own personal issues. Not our problem, you get paid to handle customer issues DO YOUR JOB‼️🗣️

I’m a new customer. I set up autopay. First payment declined for potential fraud and they turn off my electricity 7 days later before I even realized it declined.
Expect to wait minimum of an hour on the phone.
