We moved to Marietta about a year ago and have had power go out 3 times. Every time, the crews have worked efficiently and quickly to come help and fix the issue. This time was at 8pm on a Sunday night and they’re here fixing it within 2 hours. Very responsive and their online outage monitor helps me understand where things are at during the process. Thank you for all the work you do!

I am 77 years old and disabled. Visually impaired. Blind!! My bill was due on the 17th of February. I paid in advance at Marietta Power. I did so because my SSI check would be deposited on the 18th. I was on auto pay and the platform does not align with in- person payment vs auto pay. I was sent an Insufficient Funds message even though I paid in advance. I was told that I was supposed to call and let them know to stop auto pay for the month. WHAT? I now am being penalized and for 12 months, I must pay in person. I am legally blind and obviously can not drive I even sent them the receipt that I paid early See attachment. Am I being unfair or am I being treated unfairly. I will be contacting a Disability Act attorney. It’s the principle of the matter. Caveat. My neighbor wrote this for me and it’s an old photo of me. Thanks all

Thank you to the crew who worked tirelessly overnight in the cold and wet.
We appreciate you.
We appreciate you.
We appreciate you.
I wanted to put a tent over you when it misted and bring you coffee at 2AM.
Thank you, Marietta Power, for having a plan and material, and vehicles, and sheer manpower for emergencies. I hope you take care of your people because they are great.
Main break in front of our house - what you see on tv - gushing water coming out of the ground - it happened. It takes a minute to figure out what’s what - husband and son watched every utility company rush up and down the road to mark and figure out and execute.
Cost of living is so very high these days and it has a negative impact on all of us. But it’s in the emergencies that gratitude is truly felt when things are quickly and efficiently resolved.
We take for granted opening a faucet and having clean water. There’s strategy and engineering and science that goes into that. Much gratitude to our crew and Marietta Power Water!
