    Was at the Dallas Hwy location on 11/10/25 - the only Lowes employee I could find was the woman at the front door - not sure what her job is, as she was absolutely useless. I needed assistance finding a piece of hardware and after not finding any employee I asked her - as she was chomping on her snack - she told me what aisle to find it. I told her I located the aisle but needed more help. She was annoyed and said she would call someone. Meanwhile a gentleman walked up and said he needed help in paint dept. She told him to ring the doorbell He said he did - 3 times already. I went back and waited and no employee showed up. I walked back up front and she is still eating - asked her where everyone was. She just said "I don't know". I said I think you are the only one here. And she told me everyone was in meetings (at 3:00p in the afternoon all employees lock in for a meeting????) I asked her did she realize customers were walking out and she just said "I dont know". Wow - just wow. When I went down the road to Home Depot, I saw two people that was in Lowes at the same time I was. they all left and went to Home Depot. Wake up Lowes -- you will be locking your doors if you don't get competent employees that show up to work!! Where was the manager that day!!?? I, for one, will pass Lowes and go to Home Depot here on out. What a waste of my time.

    This has always been my favorite store over Home Depot any day. Now not so much. I got stopped recently three times in one visit by regular floor associates trying to sell me gutter guards. Who is making these people act like annoying sales people? Yall need to stop. I decided to come back yesterday and it happened AGAIN. I don't go to Lowes to be stalked by people to buy gutters. This is not the vibe yall want for your customers - trust me. It's a horrible look. And the worst part is how you all have trained them to jump into a conversation. You feel it's a genuine how are you and compliment or something then BOOM they steer the convo straight to a sales gimmick. My advice is to stop this tactic because it is horrible. You're starting to feel like a used car lot and you're a hardware store!

    My name is Kein Winters, I want to leave a 5 Star for Carl the SM and Lance associate for processing a Wen 2800i generator which was not producing the listed runtime. Since it was after the 48 hr return period. Carl process the return and I then purchased a Diehard 2400w generator. I was so relieved I would not be out $400 for a generator. Again A BIG THANKS to Carl and Lance.
