    22 -12 - 2025 Un Berry, the sapoin away 1 :18 hr to. Gee my dryer? And the problems there no gather, many customers, they need more employee. They got only few as a handful manager denying more people. I need to get the act together or they will lose a lot of customers.Lowe's get in the game😡😡😡😠😠🤬

    Good kind staff, only issues are their scratch and dent tool boxes and clearance tools being jokes of prices, they had a tool box that was bent enough it only had 3 wheels touching the ground..... they knocked only $70 off of a $700 box while the one next to it that had nothing more than scuffs had $20 off of $700 while they were selling not scratch and dent ones for $650 in the front...

    Dear Lowe’s Customer Care, I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the recent appliance installations completed at my home. While we are very happy with the GE washer and dryer we purchased, the installation workmanship has been unacceptable—especially considering this is the second issue we’ve experienced in just a few weeks. A few weeks prior, we purchased a refrigerator, and the installation crew left water and boxes in the kitchen, which was unprofessional and careless. I was not present during that installation, and I’m concerned the crew may have taken advantage of that situation. Most recently, the washer and dryer installation was done poorly. The units were not balanced, causing them to shake the entire house during operation. My wife was present for this installation, and it was clear that no attempt was made to level or balance the appliances. In fact, all four legs on the washer and dryer were raised all the way up and locked down. Because of this, I now have to locate the proper tools to adjust and correct the installation myself—something that should not be required after paying for professional service. When I contacted Lowe’s for assistance, I was told I would be directed to the manufacturer. This is not a manufacturer issue; this is an installation issue performed by Lowe’s subcontracted crew. I am a very unhappy customer at this point. I expect Lowe’s to take responsibility for the installation service I paid for and provide an appropriate resolution—whether that is sending a qualified installer to correct the issues or offering a service refund. I acknowledge it is outside of your window but unfortunately my wife didn’t complain about the issue so I was unaware. Update: Louis from Lowe’s reached out promptly and arranged for a professional installation crew that addressed all of our concerns. This experience would have been much smoother if the initial customer service representative would have shown the same willingness to be as helpful as Louis was.
