They only advise what prints out on the sheets…..regardless if you have done it a few times. It’s OBVIOUSLY not working. Jim is friendly, personable and listened to the problem and along with the printout, figured out the best treatment plan for my pool. And it worked the FIRST time. Don’t waste your money elsewhere!!!!
