If they would do a garrante rate lock in for a year or 2 year promo consistently i would have stayed longer. But I was their 6yrs in a first floor unit, close to the main door which was great. I can't complain about that at all. Nice staff and clean and safe facilities. I would use them again, and hope they do a new rate promotion to better scale rate increases. If you rent over 6 months do 5% increase and leave it..maybe 2 of those in a year. If you stay over 2 years do a 7% increase 2 times a year. Still offer promotion deals to long term renters during slow periods. Still cool. Just make sure you have a plan and try not to over stay, your items will be clean and safe but it will cost you. In all good experience.
