Asked for help in the plumbing department, they sent us an employee named Tim. Every question we asked Tim, he responded with a question in a condescending tone. He was trying to make my husband feel stupid for asking the question to begin with. TERRIBLE customer service. I have been in customer service for 6 years and never would I have ever treated a customer this way. It discouraged us from wanting to purchase anything. We thanked him for his help, put everything back and went about our business. Went to Home Depot and the employee was more than happy to help us and answered our questions respectfully. Tim needs to remember to be humble and kind.
