I have been in customer service for 6 years and never would I have ever treated a customer this way. It discouraged us from wanting to purchase anything. We thanked him for his help, put everything back and went about our business. Went to Home Depot and the employee was more than happy to help us and answered our questions respectfully. Tim needs to remember to be humble and kind.
