If something I need is not in stock, Sterling gets it here as fast as possible. Great guy, willing to help anyway he can. Glad I can pick up the phone and know he's going to take care of my order.

The plant names are all mixed up and many have no sign to indicate what they are. Out of the 3-4 times I have looked around, no one comes out to offer customer service as you walk around or drive around and look at the plants. After circling around five times today, I went inside only to find no one in there, and their power was out and people sitting around. When I approach to ask for help, they said their power was out, as if that was excusing them from working or Customer Service, and they were just sitting on their phones. I was told to look on the website for prices. However, on the website each plant gives you a range of a price. Some say call for the price. So if you’re looking for a personal experience where you can get help and someone to guide you around , you should go elsewhere, if you’re looking for a nonpersonal experience where the price depends on who you are then this is the place for you .
