Crystal was showing on the schedule, Jeremy was doing an interview and Rose was also paged. This is ridiculous all for a $10.00 price correction. When someone finally came to assist, (Kyle) an greetings was extended but no apology for my wait. Management, Leadership, Please do better. 2/10/26 So I followed called the number listed below but no results. The agent I spoke with had no idea why I was phoning. Additionally, after providing him with the google review complaint, he did nothing but ask me about "what happened" . I refused to go through explaining this again and our call ended. Now Customer Services gets a 1 star rating REDICULOUS

DaNaria and Audrey went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us with buying a generator. They were so professional but yet very personable as well. They were also very knowledgeable and provided information that we would not have known to ask. They are definitely assets to the company and made this experience so easy. I worked for a Fortune 500 company that thrived on customer service and they exceeded my expectations!!
