Asked for help in the lumbar section. Waited over ten minutes for help. Several workers walked past me ..no help. Went back to the front desk asking for help with loading. 15 min later still waiting.....I would not recommend coming to this Lowe's. Just a bunch of workers looking at you. No help. I'll stick to home Depot

Do not look for great assistance when searching for kitchen appliances in this Lowe's store. The appliance customer service only want to collect your money. The appliances tags descriptions are all missing of
majority of their appliances. Better off doing your own descriptions research on Lowe's website first, then go into store to view it. They don't deserve to collect your payment, for doing Not A Things.

I want to support lowes bc of their principles but this location is ROUGH. It would honestly be 1100% easier to put in a pick up order because there is not a SINGLE employee on the floor.
Pick up / customer service is stocked
Out front selling discount tools had people
Even the self check out had 2 people
The actual floor where customers are looking for help.... literally no one
The front desk will call for them but it takes 20 minutes for a propane guy bc he's also working the paint department...
They paged someone to hardware and in the time I waited I google reserve searched the thing I didn't know, found the home depot link, opened the detailed info in the lowes site and found its location
I got to that location and it's not there I head back to hardware to wait.... and wait..... and wait......
I told the customer desk on the way out, but just save yourself the headache and do a pick up order if you have a list.
