It would honestly be 1100% easier to put in a pick up order because there is not a SINGLE employee on the floor. Pick up / customer service is stocked Out front selling discount tools had people Even the self check out had 2 people The actual floor where customers are looking for help.... literally no one The front desk will call for them but it takes 20 minutes for a propane guy bc he's also working the paint department... They paged someone to hardware and in the time I waited I google reserve searched the thing I didn't know, found the home depot link, opened the detailed info in the lowes site and found its location I got to that location and it's not there I head back to hardware to wait.... and wait..... and wait...... I told the customer desk on the way out, but just save yourself the headache and do a pick up order if you have a list.
