- VJV JonesMar 15, 20263.0I paid for my storage on Thursday with the intention of moving my stuff in on that Saturday only to be told once I had arrived that my move in date had been set for Sunday. As a new customer it makes better sense to have the move in date for Saturdays when the office staff is available vs a Sunday when the office is closed. The customer service was pleasant and assisted with changing my move in date to Saturday on the spot and I also needed help learning how to open my unit and then she taught me how to use the cylinder lock system. Had I waited until the Sunday as my original date to move in my experience would have been a total disaster. So may I suggest never arrange for a new customer to move in when the office will be closed on Sundays and Tuesdays. Customer service needs to be available to assist with these important issues. Thank you
