However, the customer service that Neekela displayed to my husband and I was “GOLD STAR”. She helped us from the beginning to end with my online booking. She was extremely nice and so genuine that it felt like she was family. We have rented at several companies and states over the years whether it was person to person, kiosk/virtual, and online. This experience topped them all. As we move further into AI and away from person to person I fear the errors and confusion will become more and more frustrating. Having someone onsite is a winner for me. Now please don’t increase my storage fee after three months. Give me at least a year. Lol! But I am dead serious…
