Ordered pick up late last night, it is now 8:25 almost 24 hours later and it's "still in progress". Go to customer service were they call someone to look for it, two from the sound of it, and she finally asked the special gentleman pushing a buggy up front and he says, "no I never found it". 20 minutes and zero communication. Every four or so years Lowe's and Home Depot swap lesser of two evils. I'll let you guess which is which right now.

They have bogo deals for ortho products but don't have them in the system when you check out. I asked the person working self checkout and she just assumed I picked up the wrong thing. Take a picture of the ad and be ready to ask for a manager.

This I had ordered some rocks to be delivered. I get notification your order has been delivered. Unfortunately the photo of where the rocks were left was not my home. I called Lowe’s not once but 8x’s over a 3 day period to get this corrected. Each time I called I was told a manager will call you back. Never received a return phone call. Spoke to one manager and was told the driver will go back to the house where the rocks were delivered and pick them up. Well I’m thinking it was left at the wrong house so how would the driver know. But anyway I just kept getting the run around. I’m it’s an easy fix refund my money or deliver more rock. Finally on the 3rd day and my 8th phone call I spoke to a lady “Jackie” . She pulled up the order and there were plenty of notes for her to read from each phone call I made. She spoke to her manager and refunded my money. Thank goodness!
Now the second incident, I had ordered some sand and potting soil for store pickup. Get notification your order is ready. Go to the store and once again get the run around was told they don’t have the soil or sand in stock. This is after I’m told go to the delivery dock, then told to go to lawn and garden. One lady said it’s my 3rd day I don’t know. The mad at the delivery dock says I don’t have my glasses I can’t see the order number as he’s playing on his phone. This took 40mins of my lunch break to find out the store didn’t even have my items. The incompetence of some of the people in this location is ridiculous. I never really cared for Lowe’s due to the lack of customer service but the prices were good so I gave them another shot. Never again that’s for sure. Loganville Lowe’s you really need to do better that’s for sure.

Management at this Lowe’s is a masterclass in how to alienate customers. Communication is non-existent, and the leadership operates with a level of indifference that is genuinely impressive. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would.
Dealing with the managers here is an exercise in frustration. They treat customer concerns like inconveniences rather than priorities, creating an environment that is both unprofessional and dismissive. Save yourself the headache and find a store that actually values your business.
ANNA IS BY FAR THE WORST OF ALL. Her unprofessionalism and dismissive attitude are a poor reflection of the brand and she makes it clear that customer satisfaction is nowhere on her priority list.
Her communication is unreliable and sarcastic. She claimed we had done this transaction 15 times when it was actually only three. The first of which was due to their own error. Going back and forth with someone who uses sarcasm instead of clarity is exhausting and unprofessional.
We have decided we will be taking our business to a competitor who actually understands the value of service.
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this location.
