I went to buy a toilet water line the time was around 100pm I went to customer service desk to ask if any available store agents to help I was given direction to to a particular isle to wait for a store agent after about 25 minutes still no one showed so I began to walk back to customer service maybe they forgot about me but I then noticed a number of store agents appearing to hid in plain site so I departed to give home depot a chance.

After trying to order from the Lowe's app seventeen (17) yes, seventeen times, sign in , go to cart, pay, then redirects back to signing in again, verification by email, text, passkey, repetitive, and a waste of time.
I eventually called Loganville store, and spoke with employee Isaac, who was very helpful, patient and assisted me with making my purchases.
