    Extremely disappointed with the order-for-pickup system at this location. I’ve had several items either canceled or completely 'lost' in the system after being notified they were ready. It’s resulted in multiple wasted trips where I’ve left empty-handed. Their inventory management needs a serious overhaul.

    I had a Dishwasher installed in our new Kitchen after looking closely it was damaged at the bottom on both sides. This was Thursday a wee and a day ago. When I called I was told I would have the other dishwasher picked up and installed by today Friday February 20th. Not only did they not call they make you feel that you did something wrong and what do you mean have a dishwasher installed after it was damaged a week Ago. The advertised buy your appliance one day and have it installed the next. It seems all these companies have people working for them lacking one brick having a full Load

    My experience was very disappointing. I'm in the process of hiring a lawyer through my pre- paid legal shield due to a contract dispute. Lowes employee at the Loganville Store 2969 refused to do the right thing. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

    I had reached out to Lowe’s multiple times to get in touch about a rental that the battery kept dying with no response so my only course now is to let everyone know about a horrible service that was provided. We rented a van that kept dying on us left us stranded in the rain. We had to call our own personal road side assistance to get us jump us to get to a safe location. Thinking this was a one time thing we thought it would be safe to continue but then it died shortly after again. When we notified them of the issue they told us it never happened before and we need to bring them the keys as if we had a way to get to the location with a dead car we which was not possible. So we had to find a way to get jumped again, Especially at the fact we had a load we could not unload since could not make it home. Then when we tried to talk to the representative after calling multiple times They put their mechanic on the phone that got really nasty I could not believe it. When we asked to speak to the manager they refused and said bring us the van. Then they finally told us they have their own tow company the whole time that could’ve saved us this whole inconvenience. I am still so upset about it because I really wanted to resolve it with the company but they would not call back. I even called the corporate number with no avail they just said their gym will be provided the info and still no call back. Months later. I will not let this injustice go and happen to anyone else so please be aware and do your due diligence with this location because the way they mishandled and charged This was the worst experience I ever had and thank God Home depot is nearby as this was my first and last rental with Lowe’s. I used home depots rental and trust me night and day compared to this experience. Never again!!!!
