When I contacted the office about the increases, I was met with an unprofessional and agitated tone from Michelle Jeffery, the property manager. I expect transparency and respect when I’m a paying customer. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here. I have since scheduled my move-out and will be taking my business elsewhere.
