I love yhe 2r hour access anf keyless entry. I do like that. Your agent that assisted with transferring and really openi g my new account t with you was fantastic. I cannot remember his name. The MANAGER REFUSED TO COME AND UNLOCK MY UNIT ON A SAT NIGHT BECAUSE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN AFTER 10PM WHEN HE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THERE! HOWEVER THE MANAGER WAS CALLED AND WAS MENTIONED TO ABOUT THIS AT 9:45PM AND HE STILL REFUSED. THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE. IF THERE IS EVER ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE APP THEN U ARE OUT OF LUCK TO GET UR BELONGINGS! BEING A MANAGER IN A BUSINESS IS NOT HOW U TREAT CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY WHEN THE FACILITY IS A 24/7 FACILITY! THEREFORE A MANAGER NEEDS TO BE ON CALL AT ALL TIMES! WHAT HAPPENED TO OLD FASHIONED LOCK AND KEYS
