    I ordered a lumber package April 29th, The delivery was set May 2nd. They left off 140 boards and used the picture from the warehouse as the delivery picture. It’s now been a week and Yolanda has promised that it would be fixed and delivered. 7 working days later still no boards and no refund

    Liona was very helpful and she assisted my mom & I with finding a stove that was on sale. She broke down how each stove could serve our particular needs in the kitchen. Our old one of 25 years gave out. It was from whirlpool but we wanted to give GE brand a try since they are known to be good, long-lasting, and reliable. We love our stove so far. Most definitely will buy from here again as long as Liona is there! 😊

    I really appreciate Jeremiah with the glasses of there's more than one, and Kathy for taking out their time to personally walk out to the garden with me to find what I needed. They didn't rush, didn't act impatient nor rude, very professional and helped me being very courteous. I couldn't thank them enough. They deserve a raise or promotion for their professional customer service towards the customers. They really made my Sunday better/brighter all because of their politeness and will to help the customers as per policy. They are definitely abiding by company policy which will definitely help the company grow with tht type of service. Thank you guys again! God bless you❤️

    I drove 30 minutes and bought a 6 step stair stringer cause the app said they had PT in stock. Come to find out, the stringer is heat treated and mislabeled. We also spent 20 minutes searching for plants because an employee sent us to the wrong location. They couldn't even walk with us and help. So many employees on their phones. It's clear why Home Depot is superior.

    I’ve been waiting on an online order for 6 days now. I received a notification on day 2 that my order was ready for pickup, but when I went to the store on day 4, I waited 40 minutes only to be told they couldn’t locate more than half of it. I was assured it would be resolved by the next day. The following day, I called ahead and sat on hold for 15 minutes, only to be told they still needed to “figure it out.” I asked for a callback once everything was ready so I wouldn’t waste another trip — and now, heading into day 7, I’ve received no call back at all. At this point, they’re not answering the phones, and I’m left with no choice but to cancel the order to avoid further delays to my project. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
