Ever since it changed , it’s been better because before the office was rarely open, the door was always broke. But now there’s actually employees ever since it changed to extra space storage. I never had any problems with my unit! It’s temperature control so it’s not hot in the building! They have restroom, carts for you to move your things, of course elevator. Move in & Move out was smooth. My entire time here , to my knowledge there wasn’t any break ins. The only thing about it, there’s no dumpster. So if you have trash when you’re cleaning your unit , you have to take your trash with you else where. Thank you to Susan & the rest of the staff!
