Moesha, the Assistant Store Manager at the Lilburn Lowe’s, truly turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. I had a difficult customer service issue with an order from Saturday that caused quite a bit of inconvenience. When I came in to address it, Moesha handled the situation with so much grace, patience, and professionalism.
Even with a long line behind me, she took the time to listen, understand the issue, and work toward a solution without making me feel rushed. Her calm demeanor and ability to de-escalate the situation made a big difference. It’s clear she knows how to properly handle customer concerns and genuinely cares about resolving them.
Because of the way she handled everything, I’ll absolutely continue shopping at this location. Great customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Moesha, for turning my experience around.

Installed new AC outside unit heat came on Everytime AC came on. They sent someone during dinner to fix after they missed appointment scheduled and 5 guys for 3 hours could not fix. Now I want my money back and have had 2 weeks of no progress. I am a very unhappy customer

My first time in Lowe’s on Stone Mountain Hwy. First of all they have staff everywhere but no one can be bothered to assist you. After I find what I came for I did have a young lady in the cleaning area ask me if I needed help finding anything. I politely told her no thank you I found it.(Degreaser). So now I proceed to look for check out and ask the three people in customer service if this was only customer service or am I able to check out here. They all look at me and say nothing. I ask again, is this only customer service? Without barely looking up the older black lady says yes it is. I say ok… it’s fine I’ll find the checkout. No helpfulness at all. Then she hits me with the sarcastic “have a blessed day”. I would expect you to at least direct me to the registers but clearly no one can be bothered. Lowe’s please do better with your staff selection. That lady is too old not to know how to treat customers. I’m very disappointed.
