This Lowes never has anyone that can help you. After waiting 30 min for someone to load a vanity, no one showed up. So I loaded this witha boot on my foot and only because it was a great price, they got 2 stars. Im done!

Waited more than 45 minutes for a manager to come help with my payment, Elena and another guy was at the front desk and they didn’t know how to help so, Elena left and didn’t come back. I kept waiting and eventually left. They both were just nonchalant and had no customer service etiquettes. The lady kept asking me what to do since I’ve done it before. I was so frustrated, that’s not the way to treat customers especially during the holiday.

I came in to get an update on my order. When I walked into the appliance area, there was one gentleman already waiting for assistance. I went looking for someone to assist. I found 3 men standing around at the back of the appliance area (with Lowe’s vests one). One of them asked if I needed help. I said yes and he had one of the other guys ‘help’ me. A lady came out from the back of the store and the guy immediately said ‘hey, can you pull up her order?’ She said ‘I’m helping someone but I will assist after. So the 3 guys were of no help really. Then another lady walked by and started to do what she could for me. So thank you to the wonderful ladies (Natasha, Aloha, & Indira) of Lowe’s. Guys…do better!

An associate asked if she could help us. We said yes can you scan an item for us that didn't have a price on it. She said no her scanner was broke but we could go find someone else. We found a young man who didn't have a scanner but did pull I t up on his phone. He was very helpful. She was too lazy to help us out. Won't be returning to this Lowes
