- CWChenoa Woods1 day ago1.0My first time in Lowe’s on Stone Mountain Hwy. First of all they have staff everywhere but no one can be bothered to assist you. After I find what I came for I did have a young lady in the cleaning area ask me if I needed help finding anything. I politely told her no thank you I found it.(Degreaser). So now I proceed to look for check out and ask the three people in customer service if this was only customer service or am I able to check out here. They all look at me and say nothing. I ask again, is this only customer service? Without barely looking up the older black lady says yes it is. I say ok… it’s fine I’ll find the checkout. No helpfulness at all. Then she hits me with the sarcastic “have a blessed day”. I would expect you to at least direct me to the registers but clearly no one can be bothered. Lowe’s please do better with your staff selection. That lady is too old not to know how to treat customers. I’m very disappointed.

- VGVince G6 days ago3.0There's a reason they're rated poorly. They very often have nothing anyone needs and good luck finding a single human being to help you in any department. I've been in there for 20-30 minutes at a time and couldn't get anyone to talk to me. Not a good store. Poorly run.

She refused to process my return and spoke with a nasty, unprofessional attitude. Someone with that kind of behavior should not be working in customer service. Thankfully, another employee, Moisha, stepped in to assist. She handled my return quickly, professionally, and with a pleasant attitude. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service. Because of Moisha, the visit ended on a positive note but Lowe’s should address the behavior of employees like Precious.
- RKRobert KingFeb 21, 20261.0Just came into the store for some light bulbs. I knew what I was here for. While in the light bulb isle, someone approached and asked how I was. I let them know I didnt need assistance, and they responded by asking me how I clean my gutters. Then after I checked out, as im walking out the door someone approached me and asked how my hvac system was working. If I cant come shop here without being bombarded by people trying to sell me things I did not come in to shop for, ill just drive a little further down 78 and go to home depot.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
