- DBDebra BrownMar 13, 20261.0Very frustrating experiences at this Hobby Lobby. The checkout lines are always extremely long, and many of the employees seem unhappy and disengaged or unhelpful. On my last visit, I asked a manager (messy curly hair on top of her head) for help getting something from a high shelf since I currently have a broken left arm. She told me I’d need to find someone else because she was going on her lunch break. I was surprised a manager wouldn’t take a moment to help or direct me to someone who could. Customer service starts with management, and unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be the case here. I’ll likely go out of my way to visit another location in the future.
