- CBconnie brands5 days ago1.0Very disappointed with the store policy when you try to buy furniture. We tried twice to purchase two chairs totaling $800. Although we paid for the furniture online, we were unaware they cancel the sale when you do not pick it up immediately. Our delay was trying to coordinate pick up. I went to the store and had the chairs. Even if you give the the $800, they will only hold them 24 hours while you arrange pick up. So I suggested to take the chair out of the box to see if it would fit in the back of my small SUV. They will only allow this if I pay in advance because of their store policy. So the store is willing to lose a $800 sale? I turned away and said I'll buy from another store. Very, very disappointing. Definitely not customer centric!
