  Fantastic selection of recliners, paired with friendly, professional staff and a relaxed atmosphere that lets you browse without any sales pressure. Chris Floyd assisted with the selection and purchase of recliners. He was a true professional, knowledgeable about La-Z-Boy products, and directly answered all questions. Chris exemplified the three keys of professionalism: he introduced himself, explained what he can do to assist, and successfully followed through on his statement to assist with the purchase of two La-Z-Boy recliners.

  This is our 3rd set of couches from Lazy boy only changing because we have had them so long and wanted a change ( they never wear out ) The service we received from the time we walked in the door until we walked out with 2 couches, coffee table and 3 end tables was awesome. We cannot recommend them staff and the product enough 5 stars for sure

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I had always thought of La-Z-Boy as a reputable company with a good product. When my wife and I began working on our nursery for our baby due in February, we decided to purchase a recliner from this store to go in the room. We made the purchase in November, thinking this would give us plenty of time to have the chair in place before the baby arrives. Fast forward to late January and the chair has finally arrived. The delivery men were quick to put the chair in place, get a signature and get out. Upon inspection of the chair, the footrest was completely broken on one side. I rushed outside to the truck to let them know and one of them came back in and scheduled for someone to reach out about repairs. This never happened. Instead, we had to reach out, but the person on the phone said their scheduling system was down and to instead send some pictures of the problem to an email. We did this, expecting to hear back from someone, but again, this never happened. The birth of our child came, and while we were in the hospital, someone went to the store on our behalf to address the issue. They scheduled a video call a week later where I went over the issue with someone and they had the necessary parts to fix the chair mailed to my house. I then had to reach back out and schedule for someone to come make the fix. Another week goes by and finally someone was to scheduled to come between 12:45-3:45 today to make the fix. I’ve now wasted a Saturday waiting for someone to come make the fix, but no one showed during the scheduled time. I seriously regret making our purchase from this company and would never recommend anyone purchase from La-Z-Boy at this point. UPDATE: someone arrived, late, to fix the chair. The damage has been done however and I would still not recommend this store.

  This is JoAnne Tewmey, the account is in my name. Gary and I went to La-Z-Boy last week and our sales associate was Imani Burton. Imani was the best sales associate we have ever had. She explained everything we wanted to know and left us wander the store until we were ready to talk business. When you go there, ask for Imani!
