La-Z-Boy Kennesaw has made 2 attempts (10/10 & 11/4) to deliver a powered recliner...they both were either damaged or not working properly. Not sure if this stems from the manufacturer or the delivery service. I've made close to 10 phone calls and sent 2 emails to find out when I'll receive my "paid for since 8/19/25" new working recliner...no one knows the status of my recliner...VERY FRUSTRATING! BUYER BEWARE...

When it arrived we noticed the furniture was not the same as the floor model at the store. The padding was much less making it painful to sit in for both myself and my wife. We stopped by the store and called trying to get the Manager Laura Nave at the Kennesaw Georgia store to contact us and resolve the matter. So far no response. Based on our experience...SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE Update store manager gave me a phone number for customer service...finally someone called....just to tell me someone will need to come put and look at the chair....In December! I asked about swapping it out or a refund, was told that was up to the store manager, who has already said she couldn't help me and to call Lazyboy. DON'T SHOP THE KENNESAW STORE... MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE AT ALPHARETTA STORE
