On 2/18/2026 I received the worst customer service at the return desk. The cashier was rude and and unable to resolve a simple refund. I bought 5 totes and several 2 x 4s on Saturday the 2/14 and came back Sunday and bought 5 more totes at which time the cashier at lumber informed me that I didn’t receive my Lowe’s reward customer discount for Saturdays purchase. So I came back to get my refund on 2/18 at which time the cashier(Katinia) told me that I wasn’t a rewards customer. Nearly an hour later after asking to speak with a manager a younger gentleman came to the service desk and told her how to do the refund. When I got home I checked on my rewards status and have been a rewards customer since 2024. I will be going across town to the other store from now on.

This is my every day store to shop and today as usual I came to get a straight line and couldn't remember where it was, challenging my memory I walked through all the lines until I found a super professional and representative, her name is Montana( beautiful name), I asked her about the tool and she found it for me in 2 seconds, haha, I know there's a folks like me, so don't waste your time walking, go find Montana and she'll find it for you.
