I have spent plenty of money over the years at this location and I truly appreciate the veteran recognition. I also like that this Lowe’s is conveniently located close to my home. I have made multiple purchases such as power tools, toolboxes, grills, a refrigerator, a washer/dryer and much more. The reason I give two stars is due to the customer service or lack there of. One of the guys who works in the tool area is a total grump and consistently acts like you are bothering him if you have a question. It’s not due to a bad day as he is consistently rude. I have encountered other rude employees as well at this location. You need to retrain these employees on how to treat customers because quite frankly, they are disrespectful. I want to continue shopping at this store, but your employees need to lose the attitude or I will start shopping elsewhere.
