- SRSean Richards6 days ago1.0I rented a temp controlled indoor unit and the building had rats. I found a dead rat on my sofa and rat droppings and urine. The insurance process is awful and the adjuster was non-responsive which resulted in the case being closed. All my furniture is destroyed.
