First she tried to claim a late fee was applied to my account that hadn't been applied yet but she was still overcharging me. Then when I call customer service it hadn't been applied yet. When I asked her could the late fee bewade she said no. Only to find out from customer service it hasn't been applied to my account yet. Very shady dealing so bees be careful. 🙄😳
