She was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable, and made me feel completely safe throughout the entire process. I’ve heard so many horror stories about storage units, but this location is the total opposite. The facility is extremely clean, well-kept, and in a very respectable area right across from the courthouse and police department — which gave me even more peace of mind that my items will be secure. Jelena took her time explaining everything in detail and was so patient with me. Her professionalism and warm personality really stood out. She is truly a wonderful representative. I’m giving her a full five stars, and I hope anyone reading this has the chance to work with her. She made my experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
