  Lately, whenever my supervisor and I head to storage, Stephanie takes such good care of us. Between her helpfulness and the candy, she’s become the best part of the trip! Seriously though, she’s great at what she does and I really appreciate her.

  The service is phenomenal! The first day we went, Kirk Coffin was there and he was absolutely amazing! Got everything for our unit ready very quick and was so helpful in helping us understand everything! The second day, Holly Hester was there and was very helpful and so so kind! She answered every question with patience and proper explanations! The unit is perfect and the entire atmosphere of Hoschton Storage is welcoming and warm! Definitely will recommend!

  I have maintained two storage units at this facility for the past 14 months, and during that time my rental rates have been increased four separate times. Each increase has been in the range of $10–$15. Four increases in just over a year is excessive and unreasonable for long-term customers. In the rate-increase notices, the company states: “We strive to give you the best storage rental value and customer service for your money. Due to rising costs and our desire to continue improvements to the store, it has become necessary to raise your rental rate.” Respectfully, this statement does not align with my experience. These repeated increases do not reflect a company striving to provide value or customer-focused service. Instead, they suggest a business model that prioritizes profit over customer loyalty and retention. Rather than rewarding—or even maintaining reasonable terms for—long-term customers, these actions place increasing financial pressure on them. It also feels like an abuse of leverage, operating under the assumption that customers will tolerate ongoing increases because relocating stored belongings is inconvenient and costly. That approach is unfair and erodes trust. If there truly is a desire to “continue improvements to the store,” those improvements should be funded through existing profits, not through constant rent hikes imposed on established customers. Long-term customers should not be expected to subsidize ongoing operational decisions through repeated increases. That said, I do want to acknowledge that management did reach out to me directly regarding my concerns and offered a three-month delay on the most recent $15 increase. This gesture was helpful and appreciated. I value the fact that management took the time to make contact and demonstrated awareness of the feedback being provided. However, this does not change the broader issue. My response is not merely frustration, but disappointment. In already challenging economic times, the company has chosen to apply additional financial pressure on its customers rather than demonstrating consistency, fairness, or genuine appreciation for loyalty. I strongly encourage corporate management to reconsider this approach and evaluate how these practices align with the values the company claims to uphold.
