I called recently to make a partial payment with my card and she charged my account with the full amount puting my account in overdraft . After i told her what she had done she responded back in a very distasteful manner stating that there was nothing she could do about it and blamed it on me for the reason my account got messed up. When i asked for a manager or someone over her ahe hesitated and gave me her name . She still never called back with management.Then later told me she was no longer dealing with me with this unit. If i can give this a negative star for customer service i would. The lady name is Tracy
