    I would recommend just buying your furniture full out if you can. I have been paying my payments on time since I’ve been a customer at this store. There has been a few times where I asked for an extension to pay it on my upcoming date and u always paid it! ( maybe only three tomes) . I recently had a family emergency and had to move a few states away. I had to take leave at my job and wasn’t able to find work where I was heading to for my family emergency. I called the store and let them know they told me there’s nothing they can do about it and that I had to make the payment. I asked if I could do partial payments or pause my account until I was back in my hometown they said no. I had to borrow money from a family member and at this point my account had all the late fees on it. The people at this store don’t listen to anything and they prefer to talk over you and tell you what you can and can’t do. I have a few payment left on my account and when I’m done I won’t be ever purchasing from here again. EVER! I think the manager here , Melinda if I’m correct is very very rude and she likes to talk in a very rude manner. I’ve spoken with her multiple times and I thought it was just how she spoke so I ignored it but overtime it’s become very clear that she’s just rude! Again I won’t be purchasing anything from here again . The website clearly states that I could do partial payments and if I have tricky making Pathan’s call the store and they’ll help figure it out. All she tells me is that I need to make a payment or else she’ll have them come and pick up their items. If I wasn’t 18 out of 24 payments then I would’ve said ok and kept it pushing. But I’ve been paying and doing pretty well with doing it on time I would think she’d be a little more understanding and try to come up with solutions instead of adding snarky remarks.

    If I could give zero I would. Melinda needs a class in customer service. This lady called me and was SMACKING on the phone MOUTH FULL OF FOOD. This is very disrespectful !! In my culture you do not talk with your mouth full especially to someone who is a customer to you. I will not be returning back to buy anything. Even if your payments are up to date the will call call call, even if you are at work they will call. Melinda has no ethics or customer service, which is blowing my mind that she is in charge on finances. Don’t buy from here unless you want broken items and overpriced junk that is going to break after the first week of ownership.

    THEFT, FRAUD, AND BROKEN PROMISES—DO NOT TRUST THEM Avoid this place at all costs. They literally stole money from my checking account. My experience started with a total failure in delivery. I ordered a specific product from their website, but they didn’t deliver it correctly. Instead, I was given a completely different, broken unit that I never would have ordered. It then took a staggering four months just to get that broken item back into their possession, yet despite the massive delay and the defective product, they flatly refused to give me my money back. To make matters worse, while I was fighting for a refund for a product I couldn't even use, they went into my checking account and stole money without authorization. After looking through dozens of other reviews, it is clear this is a pattern: * Unauthorized Charges: They treat your bank account like their personal piggy bank. * Bait-and-Switch: What you see online is NOT what shows up at your door. * Zero Accountability: Management refuses to issue refunds even when they are 100% at fault. This isn't just a "bad experience"—it is predatory and dishonest. I asked for my money back instead of the junk they finally tried to provide four months late, and they stonewalled me. They have no respect for their customers or the law. You are better off going anywhere else. You have been warned.

    I do not recommend this particular Aaron's store. My soon to be ex husband and I purchased a TV from them in September of 2025. I purchased it under my name, and I had to vacate Georgia and move back to Ohio becuase of domestic issues he caused me. I came back here on a plane mind you, and he kept the TV and told me he would take responsibilty for it, he has lied to the store saying I took it, how on a plane. He did not, and I have been trying to work with the store to resolve this issue, and they have been very un-understanding, primarily the manager Melinda. I have kept in contact, and they have had no sucess getting the TV back to this day unfortunately. She has recommeneded to me multiple times to come down there and help them retrieve it, I am not traveiling from Ohio to Georgia over a TV. I am also not allowed back on the apartment complexs property anymore either as my name is no longer attached to the lease. Also, Jessica the accounts manager, is better, but she recommened that I buy him the TV. I think not, not when I am divorcing him, he deserves nothing for what he did to me. They should be more undestanding and get the police involved so they can get their property back, not ask me to get them involved. You can say in a nutshell that they are asking me to do their jobs for them, I think not.

    The customer service was impeccable! I must say the young lady’s Ms.Fletcher and Ms.Denita were remarkably outstanding. Highly recommended this company. Will be returning.
