Bought a ride on lawn mower and they have not delivered it on two separate occasions. Make your large purchases elsewhere where you can actually get what you paid for.

All my business orders delivery days quoted are always changed and causes me to change my work schedule. Poor service in that respect. Only Hinesville, GA store.

Workers do help when inside store, it’s very clean all around, but every time I try to buy propane I u usually wait for 30 mins to an hour. I hear them call a manager to go outside to unlock it, I wait inside, sometimes outside, I go back in to keep asking and still same result. I’d much rather them to switch to a self service like Walmart across the street. Other than that, store is good.

First of all, if you are not a certified electrician or a certified technician, you should not have your hands on any appliance because you do not understand or know how to install them correctly. This install of the very first picture was done by driver a delivery driver, not an electrician, not a certified appliance technician and if you also look at the picture, there is something missing there is something that goes in betweenthe ground wire where the ground screws and the metal wire of that dryer plug. That’s what wants it together for that type of three wire plug? I am an electrician of 20+ years and this was installed by Lowes in Georgia where this review is and I was in another state so I wasn’t able to do it for her. and the way they installed the cord for it is incorrect because that will cause damage to the appliance because that metal wire on the three wire is just a ground not a neutral so in fact that dryer was not grounded the entire time so if it’s shorts out or something, and someone wants to touch it a certain way it could electrocute him and result in a severe lawsuit because somebody didn’t know what they were doing. Secondly, the second picture as you can see in the picture where all the wires go because the middle one is for the neutral as you can see the white one is and you also see down where the cord goes into the hole and you know there’s there’s a bracket there that’s right I put that bracket there if you notice in the first picture, there is no bracket. There’s a reason why that bracket is made. It is to keep the wire for being chafed when the thing is being moved around or when it vibrates and shakes that some dryers do because that’s how they are again this is typical of Lowes and stuff like this is what makes your appliances wear and go out prematurely and what makes it worse is she was charged for this service
