Was in the process of moving my stuff out and was told i could catch up the previous payment and pay the prorated amount on Sunday. That would give us roughly a week to move everything out. started to move stuff out on Friday and my passcode did not work. A different staff member wanted me to pay the prorated amount then and there to get access to my storage unit. Not particularly happy with the lack of communication as if something had happened and prevented me from moving everything on Friday i would have had to wait till the following Monday to argue with the staff to get the rest of my stuff. Overall happy I do not have to pay for the storage unit anymore as some of the staff is understanding and able to work with you but that only extends with that specific staff.

They almost always answer the phone, and if they can’t then they’ve always called me back within the same day. The entire facility is well kept, with several different unit size options. They kept my things safe for over nine months while I was gone on rotation. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Fort Stewart/Hinesville area.
