Jennifer in paint is amazing!! a year ago I went to have some paint matched. She looked at it thought it might be a little bit light and just added her touch to it and the paint was so perfect. Based off of that, when I finally decided to paint my whole home, I went to her. She matched some Benjamin Moore paint that I had to a T. She explained so much to me about paint that I didn’t know before and even reduced something I liked by 50% and 25%. Those were just samples and she took the time to do that. I appreciate all the help she gave me. I love her attitude and I will tell others about my awesome experience with her. Thank you, Jennifer for helping to make my home look amazing!

Lowe’s continues to have the worst customer service, lack of quality products, and most confusing military discount program. It is worth the drive to Savannah to go to Home Depot.

My husband went to get a paint color matched to a sample we have from Benjamin Moore. He asked for it to be matched, but at a lesser strength. The older lady was rude and told my husband, “we don’t do that. Pick a different color.” He said she proceeded to say they don’t do that because people don’t like the color. Lowe’s absolutely does do that. I’ve been asked there before if I wanted 100% strength. I don’t want a different color. I want that color, slightly less strength. The point of getting a lesser strength is because the color is almost perfect. If I don’t like the lesser, that’s my problem as that is what I asked for and I would be the one paying for it. 2 stars because of the rudeness and immediate “we don’t do that” when it is very common in the painting world. We are now getting our paint exclusively from the hardware where they do it no problem, no rudeness, and we are happy with the color.

The Stars fairly clean the people are friendly but things are way overpriced they are price gouging the hell out of everybody when you can go to Ace hardware or tractor supply the same product for half the price what does that tell you about the Big box store
