Some of the employees actually care about their job but a majority of them do not. Its impossible to get an answer from employees. I dont know if this holiday messed them up, but I placed a picked up order hours ago and its still in the prepare stage. Its one item. The wood selection is abysmal and about impossible to find a straight piece or a dry piece. The website will say they have X amount available but you get there and tmdont have the correct amount. It would be different if it was in Savannah because you could go to home depot and get it but its in Hinesvegas. Its either Lowes or the over priced Ace.

If I could give zero stars I would. No one who works at this Lowe’s know anything about their products or even where to locate them. My husband and I came in looking for screw hooks. A woman named Keaton walked by us and my husband said “excuse me mam” but she just ignored and kept walking so he said it again and she turned around with a look on her face and a bad attitude & told us you can try isle 3 then turned around and walked away. I then had to go find two other men who showed me exactly where the hooks were. When we checked out we encountered a girl named Kathlyn and she was just a rude and clueless. I told her we’d like the military discount and showed ID she then proceeded to tell me she can give me the discount without me having an account. I told her that was incorrect as we get the military discount by showing our ID everytime we are here. She told me she couldn’t do it and I told her to call a manager up. The manager told her to get the barcode and she said “that’s all the way at self check out” which was literally directly next to us. She then had to wait for the manager to come up just so he could walk over to the self check out and get the barcode for her. Everyone here just seems so incompetent and rude.

Carline is THE WORST ASSOCIATE I HAVE EVER MET. Went to try to use the military discount she said I had to do it online. Spent 10 minutes signing up just for her to say theres only one discount per item. This is mg first time at Lowes and the disrespect and attitude for me seeking help was very unprofessional.

Jennifer in paint is amazing!! A year ago I went to have some paint matched. She looked at it thought it might be a little bit light and just added her touch to it and the paint was so perfect. Based off of that, when I finally decided to paint my whole home, I went to her. She matched some Benjamin Moore paint that I had to a T. She explained so much to me about paint that I didn’t know before and even reduced something I liked by 50% and 25%. Those were just samples and she took the time to do that. I appreciate all the help she gave me. I love her attitude and I will tell others about my awesome experience with her. Thank you, Jennifer for helping to make my home look amazing!
