She looked at it thought it might be a little bit light and just added her touch to it and the paint was so perfect. Based off of that, when I finally decided to paint my whole home, I went to her. She matched some Benjamin Moore paint that I had to a T. She explained so much to me about paint that I didn’t know before and even reduced something I liked by 50% and 25%. Those were just samples and she took the time to do that. I appreciate all the help she gave me. I love her attitude and I will tell others about my awesome experience with her. The older lady was rude and told my husband, “we don’t do that. Pick a different color.” He said she proceeded to say they don’t do that because people don’t like the color. Lowe’s absolutely does do that. I’ve been asked there before if I wanted 100% strength. I don’t want a different color. I want that color, slightly less strength. The point of getting a lesser strength is because the color is almost perfect. If I don’t like the lesser, that’s my problem as that is what I asked for and I would be the one paying for it. 2 stars because of the rudeness and immediate “we don’t do that” when it is very common in the painting world. We are now getting our paint exclusively from the hardware where they do it no problem, no rudeness, and we are happy with the color.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
