  Big Bass Storage is definitely one of the best around in my opinion. Been with them since they first opened and rented from them when I needed to move out of my apartment, and would go back if it were to happen again! They're VERY understanding and will work with you if you can't make a payment on the day its due. You're able to go any time thanks to your smart phone, and it made me feel a lot safer keeping my stuff there without risk of it being stolen or broken into. Thanks so much for everything, Big Bass Storage!! And a BIG thank you to Laura Phillips for her AMAZING customer service!!

  The storage location is clean and very well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly. Laura does a fantastic job making sure you understand everything and truly goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service. They also rent U-Haul trucks, and compared to other U-Haul locations, their trucks are much cleaner and nicer. I 100% recommend using this storage facility if you’re a Hartwell resident or are just moving to Hartwell!

  Always pay in cash. They will charge EXTRAS on card after returning the trucks. BE ADVISED,CASH IS KING!!!!!

  We have been very pleased with Big Bass Storage! The facility is top notch and very up to date. Laura Phillips was amazing with customer service. Highly recommend!!!
