Iâm always getting a call from her stating âmy bill isnât paidâ when it was paid (we pay EVERY Tuesday) and then Lewis has to fix it EVERY WEEK! And shes just outright rude! She most definitely shouldnât be at a customer service job. Iâve been hung up on twice by her yesterday and then today on the phone she was rude. My childrenâs mouths were even dropped at how she was talking as a âprofessionalâ person. Sheâs a manager at that!

They need to hire account managers who actually know how to add and subtract. If you do decode to get anything here. Make sure u arrange to pay cash in person or u will wind up in our situation. Where we had a little hard times a couple weeks and we paid them for 2 of the items we had with them for 1 month and paid to weeks on the other item we had. So we were prepared to pay for a month for the last item. Yesterday They took that amount out of our bank account. Then we were looking at our bank statement yesterday afternoon had decided fo take ot upon themselves to charge us again for the first 2 items we payed a month on that isnt due again for another 2 weeks. Then they charged our accoumt randomly for amounts we have never paid there. They basically stole over $500.00 from us. FYI AARONS IF WE HAD IT LIKE THAT WE WOULDNT BE GETTING FALL APART FURMITURE FROM A RENT TP OWN PLACE. SINCE THE ACCOUNTS MANAGER DOESNT SEEM TO GET HOW SHE SCREWED US OVER I GUESS WE ARE GOING OVER THEIR HEADS. THEY BETTER RECTIFY THE SITUATION. ANF TO ALL READING THIS BE FOREWARNED. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED OT HAPPENED ONCE BEFORE A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO. AND THE STORE IN HARTWELL ACTUALLY MADE THAT ONE RIGHT.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by âno credit needed?â
âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores wonât, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But donât forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
