Worst experience ever! Paid over 1k for an outdoor patio set. Delivery was set for two weeks out (earliest possible). Even though they say someone has to be there I don’t know why because they dropped it off in front of my door on my little front concrete patio and left. No call no nothing letting me know they were there 3 hours earlier than the delivery window. I come outside and there’s no table. I have the chairs, umbrella, and umbrella stand but no table! So I go online and look thinking maybe they are delivering that later in the day. Nope! It’s all of a sudden on back order. No communication whatsoever saying the table was on back order. I wouldn’t have even known if I didn’t check myself. I call customer care. She tells me the earliest will probably be mid to late summer. I look online and it says they have 30 in stock at a store near me for tomorrow delivery but no I won’t get one until I barely need it any more. So I say well then cancel and come get the stuff you did deliver. Now I have to wait another two weeks for them to pickup so that it’s taking up my whole front patio! I will definitely not be ordering from Lowe’s again!

Lowe's has some pretty good deals going on when it comes to DeWalt and other items they definitely need to take a note from Home Depot as for the friendliness of staff at Lowe's they tried to avoid you like the plague

Lowes is definitely not like it used to be I remember when I go in if I had a question or needed something there was always someone there to help me now when I need help it takes 15 to 20 minutes to find someone and then they don't know what is what and they have to find someone and it just some tiresome this is one reason why people shop online now just so they don't have to deal with this and if they get the wrong thing they send it back.
