- VLVictoria LeApr 3, 20261.0Please beware of scams, especially the elderly. I process VA mortgage loans and have ordered hundreds of termite inspection reports. This is the first company who told my elderly client that they needed to include a 1 year warranty and treatment at the time of the inspection that totaled about $1000. She was going to proceed as she didn't know any better. Luckily we caught it in time to cancel the appointment, but I have never in my 25 years experience had this requirement applied to a simple inspection.

They treated them and we haven’t had a problem since. We periodically have ants, which is normal for this area. Anytime I have a little problem, they come take care of it for me. They will text me appointment reminders, and they are always punctual. Josh is our normal service guy. He’s always so nice, makes sure everything is left like he found it. The office staff is always kind and understanding. I highly recommend this company.
