When I received the call from the second guy he was rude as well when I asked about pricing. I am so confused!? Are they expecting people to make appointments and not ask what they may have to pay? I mean what happened to treating customers with respect and kindness? Hard Pass.

An hour later I had heard nothing, so I called again. Oh, someone will be in touch with me shortly, not to worry. I called back FOUR HOURS LATER to be told, oh, sorry, I see a note that we don't have a technician in your area. No one even bothered to take ten seconds to pick up the phone and let us know that we could be calling someone else (someone who may actually be able to help us). If you are locked out, find someone [else] who is reliable, but stay away from these people. SUCH bad business. Would have given zero stars, but it wasn't an option.
