Bought a storm door in Griffin back in May 2025. Once installed, the fun began. The latch arrived broken so the installer said he would get a new one and set up new installation date. After two months I called Lowes and they had changed contractors but did not notify me. After two more installations dates being cancelled for various reason, I told them to come get their door off my house and I would buy one at Home Depot. Within a week, they installed a new door.
Yesterday, I received a Lowes Refund card and thought that was nice of them to give me some money for the 5 months of trouble I had with them. Just got off the phone with Lowes and the card has one cent on it. So Lowes spent money to mail me a company letter and plastic refund card and it is worth 1 cent. So to make me happy, they spent more $$ to send me a letter to show their appreciation for me sticking with the company. Good job Lowes.
Just Fyi, I asked Lowes in Griffin multiple times over 5 months to let me speak with the store manager. This request was never satisfied. I am sure that most of the workers at this store do a good job however my dealings were with customer service and contractors hired by Lowes.

Visited Lowes in Griffin today asked for help to cut wood no one came. Asked another employee and still no one came although he called on radio. Notice all staff in front store talking to each other and laughing having a good time. Very rude and felt unwelcomed at this location. Please Management have staff work the floors to assist. Thanks

This is easily the best lowes in the area. The staff are always super helpful and the store is well stocked. Tyler one of the employees here always goes above and beyond when asked any question. I will keep coming back because of employees like him.
