  Not sure what’s up with them lately but I have to call after every treatment because we still have bugs. They have changed to quarterly treatments and not nearly as effective

  I have used this company several times and they give exceptional service. They are very professional and fast. Josh comes out to our location and he is very polite and very helpful in explaining what type of pest you’re dealing with and the methods to get rid of them. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone having pest problems. I have used this company as well as another well known company for a different pest problem and noticed that the well known company is slightly more difficult to deal with. You have to deal with several different people on one issue and they may not even know the reason that they have to come out. The sales people that come first (at least in my case) really didn’t explain things well and said certain things were covered that actually were not. I did not have to worry about that with Griffin Termite & Pest. Everything was very simple I spoke with someone who told me prices and told me Josh would give me a call to schedule. A few hours later Josh called and scheduled, and then he came out and did the initial treatment and was on his way. Easy as that. I loved not having to deal with 4 different people about 1 problem and having to wait the course of a month to fix it.

  Justin and Lee were fantastic. Very informative, professional and just good guys. I have never left a review on any company but these guys deserve it!
