When I set up my account, the representative clearly explained how I could pay off my device within 120 days same as cash by making higher payments each month, that was a major reason I agreed to purchase. Today, she claimed we never had that conversation. There’s no way I made up an entire discussion about Aaron’s purchase agreements and payment options. This experience has really made me question their honesty and reliability. Definitely disappointed by this experience.
- CRCameron ReidJul 5, 20221.0This fake supervisor they got she don’t know what she is doing I was trying to get something new in replace of something new she said I could do it gave me a delivery date and all said they was gone be here at 4pm it’s 4:53pm call up there and asked about the delivery they say the man is on break really so why would you give a time at 4pm and he go on break at that time they have a supervisor who don’t know her Job come to find out the supervisor who is over her said that I couldn’t do the trade so when was I gone be notified about me not being able to get what I wanted apparently never good thing I called after doing all the extra stuff I just did cause I’m thinking I’m finna get my new stuff and I’m not poor communication skill

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
