I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a company. I signed up for a Lowe’s card and proceeded to use it as normal, purchased half of my wood for a house I’m building and it worked fine, then tried to make a purchase for electrical supplies and was blocked for fraud, I called customer support and was told it’s all good and to go ahead and try again that the last charge will be invalid. I tried again and it blocked me again, called back and they said my account got flagged, so went through the process of authentication of my account again which I already did when I got my card at the start a week ago, after that I was told to try again and the last attempt would be invalid. Well I tried again and it wouldn’t work and now somehow I got double charged and two sets of the same items sent to me and charged on my card. Which apparently they can’t cancel because it’s already shipping when I was told the charges were null and void. This is ridiculous I didn’t even do anything that was wrong, just tried to use my card like normal. I will never use Lowe’s again for supplies this is a nightmare of a unnecessary headache.

Absolutely fabulous service. I needed a small pallet of pavers, and the garden center team was more than willing to wrap and load into my pickup with a forklift when asked. Very kind and gracious as well.

It was good although I wish some of the employees knew exactly what they were doing. Or how to search for things? Basically, other than that, everything did work out.
Not sure how positive I feel on asking anyone for help, though.
My mother was happy with the whole thing. We did meet one decent employee.
She helped us find Everything. Even help my mom get her washer an dryer so far there good an doing the job.
