Not only was I NOT greeted by ANY associate that was near me, I came to check out only to be checked out by SAMANTHA who has by far THE WORST customer service EVER. I came to her lane to check out, I was not greeted or anything. The only thing that was said to me was my total. Cool, no problem, maybe she’s having a bad day. Fast forward, I pay and some of my items were still sitting on the counter, quite naturally I’m waiting for her to bag them, which was a Christmas rug and balls for the tree. I asked politely could she bag them, and her EXACT response was “they’re carryable”……excuse me MS MAAM SIR?! YOU don’t make the decision on whether or not my items get bagged. You then proceeded to try and bag my items in a used bag from the previous customer that had a HOLE in it. Again, I said nothing because just MAYBE she’s having a bad day. She sat my bags on the counter and again SAID NOTHING! Not to give me my receipt, which she folded up and put in the bag, no have a good night, nothing. I got my stuff and told her “I hope you have a better night”. Review the cameras PLEASE. From this experience alone, I will not be returning to this store. Will it make or break the store? No, but customer service is EVERYTHING to me and to be treated like this when I did ABSOLUTELY nothing is CRAZY. I have an idea as to why but some things are just….obvious.
