- BNBrandy Nestell3 days ago3.0I'm very upset with extra space. On the 4th month of having my unit they jacked up the rate from 83 to 155. I did not receive no email or phone call no notification that my rate was going up. I am currently looking to move my property to a location close to me due to this high rate increase. I'm on a fixed income and can not afford this outrageous increase. That's a 72.00 increase. Not to mention there is no security keeping your things secure. There's no fence and no gate keeping non customers out. My husband and I have found the door to the building forced open and not closed all the way several times. If they were smart they would put up a fence with a gate and a keypad for security. I have 2 locks on my unit for extra security.
