Im still unhappy I haven't got my refund yet cause I had made a mistake and paid twice and the manger todd told me it will take five days before it get back on my card but I still haven't received it yet and I knw sat make five days so im like were is my refund at cause I had paid 164 twice but still no refund yet but im still waiting on my refund and I think my refrigerator has a starch on the side of it but that was not my fault cause I had to work but I dont like that starch on the side of my French door refrigerator at all I cant wait to pay it off instead of renting but I was want to knw why it taking so long for me to get my refund back cause I made a mistake and paid twice next I will just go up there and pay and not do it online anymore cause it seems like mr. Todd was acting rude and act like he had a attitude wen i kept calling bout my refund call on May 24 bout my refund he told me it will be back on my card in five days ok so I was ok and then wen I let my husband call cause I had made a mistake and paid twice on my French door refrigerator but im still waiting on my refund of 164 to get back on my and I think todd had like a nasty attitude and was trying to be rude wen I kept talking to him bout that I made a mistake and that I was not trying to pay twice but he was not act professional at all and acting all snobby on the phone bout my refund but I dont do attitude or rudeness if he wants me to keep paying for renting a refrigerator from them something needs to change cause with my attitude I dont want that other side to come out I try to be professional as I can be but wen you renting something from them it's like they can't be professional and whoever the owner is of Aaron's need to speak to them on how to be professional to customer on the phone cause customer all ways right but I will give it to sat if I still haven't received my refund I need to speak with the owner thank you

Great people . Girlfriend had something back fire on her after she tried to go to rent a center and they lied bout delivery the product that she had ordered called Arron’s talked to Vikki my girlfriend told her that she wouldn’t be there till 5:39 and the store closed at 6 . They told her to come on in her and the store manager was awesome !

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
