    What has happened to customer service at this location?? I wanted two new exterior doors at my home so I had their people come out several mnths ago to measure and give me an estimate. When the estimate was ready, I went in to the store and spoke with Chris. He shared with me that the cost would be @$850 and other details I needed to know. I really didn’t want them til the weather started to turn colder so I asked him for how long that estimate would be good. He said it would be good and in the computer forever. It would never go away. So, a few weeks ago I went by to ask him to go ahead and order the doors. This time I spoke with Charles. Chris was at lunch. Charles got on his computer but my order was nowhere to be found. Nothing. To summarize, I spoke with the store manager and weeks later I got Charles on the phone again. As he started to reenter all my information to get someone out to my house again! he said I would have to pay the $35 fee. Again! I asked why since I had already paid it and it wasn’t my fault they had to come out again. He was adamant that I pay it. I’m done with this Lowes. Maybe all of them. Will go to Home Depot or another store. I remember the days when Lowe’s was a top of the line store for customer service and product selection. No more.

    My husband and I were trying to find a replacement cover for an outdoor recessed light. Both Carl and Patricia noticed us having trouble finding what we needed and came over to help us. They both went over and above with their customer service! We will definitely shop at this Lowe’s location again!!

    I’m so tired of paying premium prices for trash items. Nothing you guys sell is of any quality. Boards constantly split screws, constantly get stripped, and I’m paying premium prices for these items. This is such a shame

    I would like to put in on a bad review on the manager who was in customer service.We didn't know exactly what her name was but she has short blonde hair at the length of her shoulders that works at the other end of the exit at the counter and she wears glasses. Not exactly sure what her name was, but we was simply just asking for help because my husband and I were on an order for a customer with doordash, and couldn't find the certain item that we was looking for. we did not get disrespectful at all, my husband was courteous and respectful, and we was just asking for help, but she just got very disrespectful and hateful towards my husband for no reason.all we was simply doing was asking for help. When we got help from someone else, then all of a sudden she wanted to help, and got agitated. That is no way to treat your customers, and no matter what you're doing,the common courtesy is you're supposed to stop what you are doing and help your customers. We are not satisfied with this place,and wasn't a friendly environment. We sure won't take our business here. If I had any way,I would give it zero Stars with her business,and will be in contact with someone soon.
