    Absolutely fantastic customer service from Mr. Bruce. Originally stopped by to purchase mulch, due to Lowe’s offering more mulch per cubic feet over other home improvement stores. However, I left with two appliances, a washer and dryer. The process was quick and I received a deal! Thank you Mr. Bruce!

    Review for Lowe’s – Fayetteville (Garden Center) – 4/3/26 I visited the Lowe’s in Fayetteville on 4/3/26, specifically the garden center, and I have to say it was extremely disappointing. Walking in felt like entering a graveyard! every single flower looked unhealthy, dying, and in terrible condition. I overheard other customers expressing similar concerns about plants needing desperate watering and care. The entire area was unkempt and poorly maintained, which is unacceptable considering there were at the peak of the new spring season. I aborted my shopping trip at Lowe’s and went to Home Depot’s garden center nearby, and the difference was night and day. Everything there was vibrant, colorful, and well-organized. I hope Lowe’s takes serious steps to improve their plant care because, in its current state, it’s deplorable.

    I had a very disappointing experience with Lowe's Home Improvement. On 3/27/26 I visited the store to purchase materials for a privacy fence. The cashier and a fulfillment associate (Derrick) were very helpful. I returned on 3/30/26 to finalize the order. Part of my order was scheduled for delivery on 4/1/26 between 8am–12pm. On 4/1/2026 The delivery never arrived, and I received no communication that it would be delayed. I took off work to wait for the delivery and attempted multiple times to contact the store. I was placed on hold for over 1 hour, calls were disconnected, and I did not receive promised call backs. When I finally reached someone, the only option provided was to reschedule delivery for 4/3/26 with no confirmed time frame despite contractors being scheduled to arrive to my house on 4/3/2026 at 8:00am. When asked to speak to a Manager, I was informed that both Yaris and Greg was busy. The lack of communication, follow up, and urgency showed little regard for my time or the financial impact caused by delays. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider using Lowe’s for future projects.

    Asked the cashier if someone is over at the pine straw truck at point of purchase only to wait 30 minutes for someone to come. After calling customer service which never answered and going back and forth to the cashier.

    The employees never answer the phone or read the delivery notes. Very few know what they are doing and Zee is very rude and doesn't listen. He meets every statement with a negative assumption and assumes he know everything ad that the customer is wrong. Therefore it makes it hard for him to assist effectively. The saw is always broken in the lumber department. You have to drive all the way to the store to ask a question or to get the delivery department to complete their job. The delivery driver would not read delivery instructions and when I spoke to her on the phone when she was .6 miles away, she would not come back to drop of the item. I had to get in contact with the driver through the hub.
