I usually visit this location. on March 13 I placed an online order early in the day but it was never even look at until the next day but I cancel the order, then decided to go get an item i saw on sale , I waited for help this gentleman Terence was very helpful in communicating that he will assist me when he is finished with the customer so i explain to him wt happen he then went to spoke with the night manager the guy watch and responded to Terence like I can't help u on that u will have to ask the person in that department now that is poor management. I only give a 4 star for the gentleman who help me.

My husband and I want to recognize the outstanding customer service we received at Lowe's. We had an issue with a delivery and needed to process a return, and honestly we were expecting it to be stressful. But the team at Lowe's completely changed that around.

I went into this place probably about a month ago and I totally forgot to leave a review but this store is amazing. I will never forget when I had to come inside to buy some black screws that would be perfect with my black brackets to hang up. I seen this man named gorden a olderish sir but he was AMAZING he helped me to the best of his ability and it was perfect. Anyways Big Big shoutout to Mr. Gorden !!!!!
