I put my things in storage and prepaid until January 6 and they changed the price to $182 on top of the $174 that I prepaid for four months. I called because I thought it was an error, as I received a paper thin notice almost like junk mail notice substantially increasing my fee via US mail. They basically more than double the price of my storage inside of a three month period. My contract was for $174 per month not $356. It is a total bait and switch. They are completely taken advantage of people. The Customer service was shiftless, unhelpful, and rude and would honor my request by refunding my money back from 23 December to 6 January. Please do not put your things in storage at this company ever. They’re dishonest and horrible. They are complete scammers. I explore that you find somebody else to use for storage please!!!
